Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Goallord Academy and Goallord Creativity shop purchases. Please read it before paying.

1. Application fees

Academy application fees cover assessment and administration and are non-refundable, including where an application is unsuccessful or withdrawn.

2. Tuition

• Before classes begin: tuition (excluding the application fee) is refundable if you request a cancellation at least 48 hours before your cohort's start date.
• Within the first week: a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, less any administrative cost and the value of materials/sessions already delivered.
• After the first week: tuition is generally non-refundable, as your place and resources have been committed.

3. Services (agency projects)

Project engagements are governed by their individual agreements. Deposits reserve capacity and are typically non-refundable once work has commenced; refunds for undelivered milestones are handled per that agreement.

4. Shop orders

• Digital products (templates, plugins) are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
• Service-based products may be refunded for the undelivered portion if cancelled before work begins.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@goallordcreativity.com with your name, payment reference, amount, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days (timing may depend on your bank/Paystack).
