Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website, services, online shop, and Goallord Academy programmes operated by Goallord Creativity Limited ("Goallord", "we"). By using our site or services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide creative agency services (web design, WordPress, web apps, branding) and educational programmes through Goallord Academy. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing per engagement or programme.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

3. Academy enrolment

• Admission may require an application and a non-refundable application fee.
• Tuition is payable per the plan you select (full or instalment). Access to classes and materials is conditional on payment status.
• We may update curriculum, schedules and instructors to maintain programme quality.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack and, where offered, by bank transfer to our verified account. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated. You are responsible for any bank charges. Receipts are issued on confirmed payment.

5. Shop orders

Product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by a pricing or availability mistake, refunding any amount paid. Digital products are delivered per the listing.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, course materials and brand assets are owned by Goallord or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission. Work delivered to clients is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach security, scrape data, upload malware, harass others, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
